Heroes from those teams contributed to both domestic and European glory. Bobby Moore, Martin Peters and Geoff Hurst, Hammers all, were stars of England's one and only World Cup victory in 1966. Before that, the same three were part of the 1964/65 squad that won the European Cup Winners Cup.

The release of this new home shirt marks the 60th anniversary of West Ham's first continental triumph.

Design inspiration comes from jerseys of those historic days. The claret body has blue sleeves, with a classic 1960's round collar.
